Hand thrown porcelain with cast glass lid
All work is hand thrown porcelain. Each piece is glazed with crystalline glazes, some with metallic glaze. The glass lids were originally sculpted in clay, a mold taken from the original and then cast into lead crystal glass in a kiln, using the “lost wax” technique. The bronze lids are created the same way. All of my pieces are one of a kind.
