This hand-blown vase has a unique two-tone gradient of wine red and turquoise. The two colors are gently folded together during the initial phase of the glassblowing process. Once the piece has cooled to room temperature, extensive carving with a diamond wheel create lines and texture on the surface. Final etching with a sandblaster results in a soft and luminous satin finish.
