This handmade sculpted clay piece is a tender embrace of two in love. You can see how this one is formed from soft clay. Face to face in an instance of cherishing each other. The humble soft organic covering them in a bundle together like a cocoon. An intimate encounter no words can describe. Sharing space and warmth of the other.
Hand sculpted and fired in a kiln, this piece is finished with a an oxide wash that is applied and fired onto the piece with layers of hand-painted under-glazes. is complete and cooled. The glazes selected enhance the texture and color of clay. There is a hole in the back to make this piece easy to hang on a wall with a strong nail.
