I create these by starting with a sheet of aluminum composite, coating it with handmade paper, tearing and weathering this paper, then adding modeling paste and other artist medium for texture. I then paint this and print my collage on top of it. My collages are made up almost exclusively of photographs that I take. I combine up to 100 or more photos to create the final composite.
